These are the rules of the road for using DragRadar. They're written in plain language so you can actually read them. By creating an account or using the site, you're saying you're fine with them.
DragRadar is a free directory of drag performers and shows in Aotearoa New Zealand, operated by Robinsight Limited. We aggregate show listings from public sources (event sites, venue calendars, press, performer social media) and build a directory of performers from publicly available material.
You can browse without an account. To bookmark shows, favourite performers, or claim a performer page you'll need to sign in. Keep your sign-in method (Google/Apple/email) secure. If someone gets into your DragRadar account, they could change your public profile.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It's immediate and we don't make you justify it.
Many performer pages were drafted from public press and social material so the directory wasn't empty at launch. If you are the performer:
If a draft bio has anything wrong about you, the fastest fix is to claim the page and rewrite it; we're also happy to take the whole thing down on request.
Break any of these and we'll remove the content. Persistent or serious breaches lose you the account.
When you upload your own bio, photos, or other content to your claimed page, you keep the copyright. You give DragRadar a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the site for the purpose of running the directory. When you delete it or your account, that licence ends.
By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so. If someone else took the photo, make sure you have their permission first.
We do our best to keep show listings accurate, but we're aggregating from third parties. Always check the venue or ticket link before turning up. We're not responsible for cancelled shows, wrong times, or events that don't happen the way they were advertised.
DragRadar is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Robinsight Limited isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, but nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
We can update these terms. If we change them in a meaningful way, we'll update the “last updated” date and surface a notice on the site. Continuing to use DragRadar after the change means you're OK with the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Aotearoa New Zealand, and any disputes go to the courts of New Zealand.
